At Everlura Beauty, we’re all about spreading holiday joy, and we want every purchase to enhance your festive spirit. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we’re here to make returns easy and stress-free.
Our Return Policy
Everlura Beauty accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 90 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, with no visible signs of damage.
- All original packaging, including tags, labels, and product instructions, must be intact.
- Items showing visible signs of damage or wear will not be accepted.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
Please note that some goods are exempt from returns, such as intimate (undergarments), sanitary products, and certain seasonal, promotional, or clearance items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
How to Return an Item

Exchanges (If Applicable)
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please email us at Evelurashop@gmail.com with your order number and details of the exchange. We’ll process the request based on our return guidelines.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after approval, please allow a few days for processing between financial institutions. If you still haven’t received your refund after this period, contact us at Evelurashop@gmail.com, and we’ll investigate the matter further.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll email you a digital gift certificate.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at Evelurashop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and details of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Claims made after 48 hours may not be honored.
